Page Preview on iPad...

This seems like an absolute no-brainer, must have.... but.... I don't think it exists. When writing on my iPad I want to be able to constantly monitor how many pages I'm covering. Also, it would be fantastic if on the desktop version there was a pagination line that appeared without having to do a typeset/layout. I think the desktop paired with the iPad app with a studio account is a terrific way to go, but I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY need this feature. Any way to implement? It must have been suggested many, many times before.
